3rd Wednesday of the month, 7.15 – 8.30pm
If you don’t have your own drum, that is fine, please borrow one of ours
“I took part in Rose’s online drumming meditation group, it was a perfect time to schedule in mindfulness. Rose has a calm and soothing voice, she takes you on a guided meditation along with a beat of her drum. It is very easy for the hour to fly by feeling like 10! We discuss what visions/feelings we had & what meanings or significance they may have. I hope to join her next group.”

The angel cards I think are great as they make me think about it more during the week and just give me a really lovely feeling.
